Chimera

Описание

CHIMERA, our 4.5% modern pale ale. Our malt bill gives this beer a doughy, full bodied flavour with an oaty-dryness on the finish. Mosaic hops lay the foundation as Simcoe takes the lead. Grapefruit and pine notes with underlays of citrus and sweet berry.
