How's Your Coffee?

At Brus we have many different series of beers, that explore different ingredients and techniques. How's Your Coffee is our new coffee oatmeal stout, aiming at exploring coffee origins.For this first version, we brewed a very oat heavy stout, using 9 different malts, to create a lovely base on which to add coffee. We then added several kilos of Peruvian coffee from the lovely people of Just Coffee in Roskilde.The coffee was roasted just 2 days before we added it to the beer.
