Meadowfoam Barleywine

We brewed a big batch of barleywine earlier this summer, we split off 60 gallons and added a 5 gallon pail of Meadowfoam honey (marshmallow, vanilla, and caramel notes). Almost all of it fit into a Weller bourbon barrel for bottles next year... but there were a few gallons left of the non-barrel-aged base for today's draft variant!
