Beer/Wine Hybrid | 4.2%We’ve teamed up with Swings Winery to create a new vintage of our unique hybrid pale, Harvest Hazy. This low-bitterness, easy-drinking pale brings a big tropical punch from Galaxy and Elani hops, with two key ingredients making it extra special.First, freshly picked Vermentino grape juice from Swings adds a refreshing citrus zing and minerality, giving the beer a lovely aromatic quality. Second, a new thiol-forward yeast strain enhances the release of aromatic compounds found in both grapes and hops, boosting the tropical, citrus, and fruity flavours.The result? A beautifully balanced, vibrant brew that’s a true celebration of our backyard.
