A collaboration sour ale brewed with our friends at East West Brewing!Each brewery made a separate kettle soured beer using a brand new lactobacillus bacteria provided by Fermentis (used for the first time in Southeast Asia) and this beer is a 50/50 blend of both styles in one glass. The overall beer is very light, crisp, tart and refreshing a sour beer experience.
