After spending 9 months in tequila barrels, this Saison emerged tasting like an expertly crafted Anejo tequila cocktail. A dark, golden hue with tropical pineapple sweetness, a lingering chili heat from the guajillo peppers, and all propped up by a stiff maltiness.
