L.B. Saison (Manuka + Kawakawa)

This beer was brewed in a similar way to that of a traditional farmhouse beer. In the same way that farmhouse brewers would use juniper branches, we used Manuka and Kawakawa branches. These were left overnight in hot water to extract as many essential oils as possible for our mash water the next day.
