The first edition of this Odyssey series was crafted by fermenting and aging the most suitable base beer for hops in barrels and then enhancing it with Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. This IPA boasts a full-bodied experience originating from the hops, layered with fruity notes reminiscent of plums and peaches. The pine and herbal characters, emerging from the barrel and wild yeast, are intricately woven with the passage of time, adding depth and complexity. Each sip is a journey through the harmonious complexity of hops, barrels, time, and yeast.
