In the search of superior beer tastes, we have engaged in preparation of a dark and strong German lager with a higher alcohol percentage. It’s a complex beer of a malt character with bold notes of caramel and honey. The beer is brown in color with a reddish glare, and it is characterized by a full body and rich, creamy foam. Moderate bitterness opposes the malt side and provides a rounded taste. Simply perfect.
