Berry Sky

Описание

Berry Sky is our new fruited sour, packed to the brim with raspberries and blackberries. This is another beer in our ongoing series of sours here at Brus.We went for a 75-25% split of raspberry and blackberry respectively. This creates a much better balance of acid from the raspberries and sweetness from the blackberries.Brewed on a simple base of pilsner and wheat, Berry Sky is super drinkable and not cloyingly sweet, so that you can drink a bunch of them.Enjoy!
