This beautiful dark beer with an elegant hue of red is inspired by Oud Bruin traditions from Vlaanderen. Brewed with dark malts and aged for 12 months with wild yeast cultures in Chardonnay and Callejo barrels which were then blended together to achieve a breathtaking complexity. Pair with duck, game, red meat or drink on its own when all else has failed.
