In collaboration with Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon (Arlon, BE) and Jean le Chocolatier (Habay-La Neuve, BE). Eight months in L&R Cox Luxembourgish Pinot Noir and Riesling barrels, then macerated with Catalunyan peaches for 4 months.
