Ølet har en moderat restsødme gjør den leskende og frisk, og med et behagelig preg av norsk korn.It’s a clear dark golden beer with a white fingerthick head. The aroma is quite fruity, with a light alcohol-sweet touch. Pine cones and grass. It’s full-bodied and a bit warming on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. More on the sweet side than on the dry side. There’s enough bitterness to deal with the pale malts and light alcohol touch. Quite fruity, with a lasting finish.Brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot (purity law) of 1516.
