Pilsner Made w/ Calamansi, Honey & Dry-Hopped w/ Mosaic Hops.One of our favorite hops, jammed into a gorgeous Pilsner foundation. Promotions of blueberry, mango, and sorbet add an exciting depth of flavor and aroma to a clean bitterness and dry finish, further amplified by the zest Calamansi aroma. An incredibly vibrant spin on our house Pilsner, boasting a big dose of suuuuuuper tasty Calamansi juice & Wildflower Honey. Touched up with light dry-hopping of Mosaic, tropical fruit and subtle blueberry notes blend seamlessly with the dry, refreshing finish. Sometime a big tall glass of champagne and fruit juice is a perfect thirst quencher in the summer heat. Around here, we drink beer, and beer goes great with citrus juice!
