BA Alivio Peach Sour Mixed FermBrewed with a culture from local honey, conditioned for 7 months in Taconic Maple Bourbon barrels on whole, pitted, peaches from Lagoner Farm. It has balanced acidity, with lots of vanilla, brown sugar, and candied peach. Reminiscent of warm peach cobbler.
