DIPA with Citra® Pellets, Citra Cryo®, Citra YCH 301 (Frozen Fresh Hop Cryo), Citra YCH 701 (Oil-Enriched Extract), Citra YCH 702 (Super-Critical CO2 Extract),Collaboration with Yakima Chief HopsCan Release 3/9/24 - $21/4packOur friends at Yakima Chief Hops (a grower-owned hop processor) sent us just about every version of Citra they make to express the depth and intensity of one of our favorite varieties! In addition to the usual pellets and Cryo, that also included CItra 301 (essentially fresh green hops run through the Cryo process), 702 (supercritical CO2-extracted liquid added to the whirlpool), and 701 (steam-extracted liquid added right before canning)! It's the most intense expression of Citra we've ever created!
