We love sour beers so we keep brewing them, and this time we tried a kveik/lacto combination (Wlp631 Appalachian tart).Plenty of fruitiness from the kveik yeast, however we decided to up the level by adding loads of pineapple. No lactose here, but definitely plenty of sweetness from the fruit addition, making this perfect for drinkers that prefer sweet-sour beers.
