A salted Baltic porter brewed with porcini mushrooms and smoked malts.Taste: Smoked mushrooms and dark chocolate, mineral salt and gentle umami notes come through first. Toasted oak and hints of red fruits follow, before a more prominent and distinctive porcini note joins in, layering a full mouthfeel with yet more umami.
