Hun (Mosaic)

Hun is our wildflower honey IPA. We take our base IPA recipe and then douse it in secondary with local Caledon wildflower honey.This particular version is hopped with Mosaic. We taste tangerine, pine, and citrus with a sweet, lightly earthy mead like finish.
