Wind Chill – White IPA. The first recipe from Assistant Brewer, Bryan, this IPA is an explosion of lemony hops – Sorachi Ace, a recent Japanese hybrid. It includes a large portion of malted wheat, lending it a hazy, white glow. This beer features 10# of dry-hopping! The aroma is simply incredible and the bready maltiness and firm bitterness fully support and balance. Alcohol about 6.5?v, with ~48 IBU.
