Our neighbours, McHughs created Road Trip Explorer; a series of limited, small batch beers exploring differing styles, brewing techniques and interesting ingredients.Explorer #2 is a delicious take on the German Gose (Goes-ah) style beer. Traditionally a sour beer with a slight salty tang derived from local water sources. We've added raspberries and a hint of basil. The result is a super light, refreshing summer sipper with a delicious raspberry tartness. Enjoy!
