A southern German style of wheat beer (weiss bier) made with a ratio of 65/35% wheat / pale ale malt. Authentic German hefe yeast was used to produce the unique flavors of banana and spiciness of clove and apple. Subtle Nobel hop bitterness adds the crisp complexity of this incredibly drinkable ale.
