Kettle soured with lactobacillus plantarum which delivers a bright, zippy and clean sourness - this is a classic Gose with a subtle twist. Along with the customary salt and coriander additions, we added 300kg of local peaches to the ferment! Aromas of peach and salinity with a slight citric tingle are followed by a tartness on the palate which is softened by the salty, peachy undertones.
