Ichi-go Ichi-e

Описание

Any true collaboration is a celebration of the experience undertaken by kindred spirits, and such is the case with Ichi-go Ichi-e. Loosely translated as a moment in life that can not be repeated, Ichi-go Ichi-e came together when we gathered with our good friends from Smog City Brewing to taste from barrels, share ideas, and ultimately arrive af a blend of barrel-aged saisons that lives uniquely in this moment. After blending was complete, we infused the beer with a slight amount of cranberry orange and lemon myrtle teas for subtle herbaceous and citrus notes. We hope you enjoy each and every sip of Ichi-go Ichi-e, and toast to life's unrepeatable moments.
