W tej wersji Florida Style IPA użyliśmy calamansi (0,6%) czyli połączenie kwaśnej mandarynki z kumkwatem japońskim. Owoc ten jest bardzo popularny na Florydzie, gdzie dodawany jest do dań i napojów. W smaku jest bardzo kwaśny oraz ma wysoką zawartość witaminy C. Sour, hazy i calamansi. Czym byłaby IPA bez naszego ulubionego duetu Citra i Mosaic.In this version of Florida Style IPA, we used calamansi (0.6%) a combination of sour tangerine and Japanese kumquat. This fruit is very popular in Florida, where it is added to dishes and drinks. In taste is very sour and has a high content of vitamin C. Sour, hazy and calamansi.
