Imperial Tart Ale with Pear, Vanilla Bean & Hazelnut. Did you hear?! You haven’t? No way! Well, this just in! - a super fun new beer is coming atcha. Inspired by this delicious hazelnut & pear galette that someone brought to a company luncheon and everyone raved over. Starting with a restrained acidity, we layered in toasty malts, tons of pear juice, a tad of vanilla, and a pinch of hazelnut. All together in the glass, we cannot help but dream of that magical pear galette. We hope you enjoy it!
