American Style Wheat Beer/Belgian Wit Hybrid – This is a light wheat malt based offering. Unlike a witbier or a wiezen, this is a filtered beer using an ale yeast strain, so no clove or banana aromas from Belgian yeast but traditional Wit spices (bitter orange peel and especially heavy on the coriander).
