A blend of 1 & 2yo lambic and handpicked raspberries on the slopes of Rila mountain at 2200m above sea level. The high altitude berries were growing within a “moraine” full of large boulders. The fruit intensity clocks at about 240 grams per litre. Bottled 2 January 2024.
