Someone stole our recycling bin so we named a beer after everyones favourite bin bandit, a raccoon.Our usual soft, oat heavy malt base for our hazies along with lashings of Citra, El Dorado and Idaho 7 and fermented with a novel yeast developed in Wicklow to accentuate pineapple and tropical notes. Expect big bang of pineapple, orange and overripe mango. Juice.
