Golden and clear cider with fast bubbles as you know it from Champagne or Crémant . The taste is fresh, easy to understand and like biting into a ripe bittersweet apple! Fresh apples, a small overripe apple and pear drive the primary aroma. Behind them are clear notes of wild yeast and a little banana. Dumolobo is dry, has a slight residual sweetness and some quite fine tannins, which makes it have a slightly vinous feel. Can be enjoyed alone or in good company for a delicious creamy risotto.
