The reference beerstyle is Blanche, in a purely classical meaning.Its grist is made up of two 100% Italian malts, Pilsner Malt and Cappelli Durum Wheat Malt, both produced and malted in Puglia. The Belgian Witbier yeast, which gives a discreet peppery spiciness, comes from Veneto. To underline the hints of yeast and hops, grown and harvested in Agro Pontino, we use bitter green orange zest from Calabria and very fragrant coriander, also of Italian origin.
