Bursting to life with the carbonation carrying the light barley straw coloured perry to the nose, offloading vibrant fresh pear and citrus with hints of damson, gooseberry and rhubarb. All the while the pear tannins and acids running amok in your mouth. So exciting to drink, so crushable, hand me another.
