Vista has won our brewers over in a big way here at Polly’s HQ a product of the USDA’s hop breeding program that has already delivered Cashmere, & more recently Triumph, we have absolutely fallen in love with the high complexity of this incredible stateside varietal. For a beer that plays so well with others, we really vibe off the honeydew melon, papaya, white peach & super ripe pears that this hop gives off as a soloist. With a 10kg hot side addition, these sweet juicy flavours are complimented by robust resinous & piney notes, with just a whisper of citrus rind bitterness to complete everything
