Pedestal is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop.This version of pedestal features a hop that is rumored to be the next in line to receive a name: HBC 586. It is said to have notes of citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit. Sounds like a great candidate to shine on its own to us!
