In typical Bruery fashion, we saw the opportunity to experiment and lay this beer to rest in new French oak puncheons. After three years of tasting, we finally felt the time had come to unleash this beer upon the world. Yes, it’s packaged still under cork. Yes, it’s void of bourbon character. Yes, it’s different. And, yes, it’s Still Black Tuesday.
