Wild Radler is a refreshing, tart, fruity beer that tastes just like freshly peeled ruby red grapefruit. A sip of this canned nostalgia will have you reminiscing on Sunday morning cartoons, lounging on the couch with sunshine beaming in the windows.To make this delicious beer, we blended our Grisette, (which has a low ABV and balances subtle brett, light acidity, and sky-high drinkability) with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. The end result is a dry and slightly acidic beer, with soft brett aromatics, and complimentary herbal, floral, and citrus notes.
