This new series allows us to showcase each hop’s characteristics within the framework of our delicately tart, lightly effervescent base beer.The first installment: Self-Reliance: Motueka, features personally selected Motueka™ hops from the 2021 harvest at Freestyle Farms—our agricultural partner in Upper Moutere, New Zealand—and was conditioned in oak puncheons for 3 months.
