Batch 273 - Yuzu WCIPA

Описание

Pours golden with some haze coming from the fruit.Big, punchy aroma with a heap of lemon and grapefruit followed by pine.Lots of pithy and juicy citrus on the palate, a touch of sweet fruit along with piney character.Big punchy bitterness remains smooth and well balanced by a touch of malt sweetness and acidity from the yuzu.
