DDH India PilsnerOur first ever lager-fermented beer. It spent 4 weeks at fermentation temperatures and an additional 4 weeks at -1 degrees. It's bold, hoppy and ridiculously drinkable. Dry-hopped with Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe; This beer blends our love for IPA and our new venture into lagering.
