Duality 05: Maraska

Duality series for 2022 are getting more exciting. As previously, it underwent the initial fermentation on wine yeast and was later transferred in Croatian oak wine barrels, which we have previously innoculated with our house blend of microorganisms. We got Maraska sour cherries, typical for Dalmatia, from Zadar and enriched our beer with them at a 150 g/L.
