Medes Pils

PWith 100% Motueka hops and 100% lager malt. Bottom-fermented and matured for several weeks. Sometimes referred to as "the classic" or "the most ordinary," neither of these labels do Medes Pils justice. Medes Pils is a well-balanced beer, very easy to drink, and with the appeal you'd expect from a good pilsner. The hops are present but not dominant; the malt character is delicate and refined, and the palate has a dry finish. Unlike many industrial lagers, this beer contains no corn, syrups, rice, or malt extract, and no artificial preservatives/enhancers.
