Style: European QIPAABV: 12.0% / IBU: 75 / FG: 1.014 / SRM: 6Fermentables: IPA Malt, Pale 2-Row, SugarHops: Marynka, Teorem, WetHOP Hallertau Cascade, WetHOP Mandarina BavariaYeast: US-05Additional Ingredients: -ポーランド産のMarynka、フランス産のTeorem、そしてドイツのHopfen-Kontor社が開発したホップ製品WetHOPから、Hallertau CascadeとMandarina Bavariaの4種類のヨーロピアンホップをふんだんに使用したクアドラプルIPA。ちょうど半年ほど前にリリースし、ご好評をいただいたEuropean TIPA の「Doomsday Pythoness」より、さらに力強い味わいに仕上げました。ヨーロピアンホップ特有の華やかな花の香り、スパイスやウッディなニュアンスが感じられる一方、WetHOPを使用することで、より生ホップのフレッシュな個性を引き出しています。また、Doomsday Pythonessと同様に、金柑やオレンジなどの柑橘類を思わせるフルーティーな一面もお楽しみいただけます。This Quadruple IPA is generously crafted with four European hop varieties: Marynka from Poland, Teorem from France, and WetHOP, a hop product developed by Hopfen-Kontor in Germany, with Hallertau Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria.This brew has an even more powerful flavor than the well-received European TIPA "Doomsday Pythoness," released just six months ago.While the flavor offers the gorgeous floral aroma and spicy and woody nuances unique to European hops, the use of WetHOP brings out the fresh character of the raw hops. Like Doomsday Pythoness, you can also enjoy fruity notes reminiscent of citrus fruits such as kumquats and oranges.
