Berliner Weisse

A beer brewed at the Hongqiao brewpub location, Boxing Cat's interpretation of a Berliner Weisse. It has a cloudy appearance and is low in alcohol with some tartness as the distinguishing features of this style. It is traditionally served with a syrup to balance the sourness of this beer. We recommend enjoying it with our house made raspberry, passion fruit or mango syrups. It can also be enjoyed 'as is' for a refreshing hot weather beverage.
