Call it a Session IPA, modern pale ale or hoppy lager, but we’ve drummed up this nondenominational, crisp, hoppy beverage to celebrate the inaugural Southside Sessions. This hoppy, lightly hazy session beer, was brewed with a minimalist malt bill of pilsner, white wheat, flaked oats and spelt. We’ve layered in the late hop additions of Nelson, Strata, and Mosaic cryo for a delicately dank yet fruit packed punch of gooseberry and summer citrus. Fermented low and slow with our house lager strain for maximum “crushability.” Not a word but it should be. ⁣
