It was really only a matter of time; we're massive fans of big bold stouts here at LP, but because of our size, we couldn't take the plunge. That is until now. Cassie, named for the horse that occupied Polly's stable before Polly, is the biggest beer we've ever brewed; weighing in at 10.4%.Everything about this beer is all about decadence - from the silky mouthfeel, to the 10kg of Arabica coffee beans we added. Cassie rocks up with a metric tonne of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and raisin notes.
