One of the core principles within our brewing program is to “know your hop farmer.” Building a relationship with those who provide us with the premium agricultural products to produce delicious beers is a paramount goal of ours when we visit the hollowed valleys of Yakima, Washington.With that, we’re proud to have welcomed Ben & Kaity from Black Star Ranch to Austin in late February! Ben provided us with beautiful lots of 2022 crop cryo® alongside our selected Simcoe & Citra BSR hops to eventually pour a proper west coast influenced Cold IPA in your glass. We’re getting smooth sippin’ notes of papaya and grapefruit throughout each pint of this one.
