A fresh drop for the turning seasons, Nectar is our latest pale ale brewed to celebrate brightness, balance, and bold hop expression. This vibrant pale layers Ekuanot, Galaxy, and Citra hops for a lush bouquet of mango, citrus peel, and ripe stone fruit.For this release, we switched things up with the yeast selection and are using Pomona yeast by Lallemand, adding a juicy lift and thick haze that amplifies the fruit-forward character without sacrificing drinkability. Nectar is made for sunny sessions to come and easygoing afternoons.
