This Saison has sat quietly in Chardonnay barrels for the last 2 years & has big oak characters, subtle spice, big amount of sourness/ tartness.We added 40kg of fresh Cherry to add some extra fruitiness to help balance this complex beerA beautiful deep red/purple hue with light carbonation, wine like characteristics and a 7.2% ABV this is a big beer that is delicious and intriguing
