Sour IPA using NZ Hops (& fresh kiwi fruit puree), this sour IPA is an intriguing mix of clean tartness mixed with punchy fruit and hop aromatics.On the nose you’ll find a sherbet like sweet fruit bouquet of pineapple & kiwi, along with some mint/lime tingle reminiscent of a mojito (courtesy of the unique Motueka & Dr Rudi hops).The flavour is a clean lactic sour, with low bitterness and some light residual sweetness.
