For this brew we’ve doubled up the citrus with a blend of Australian mandarin juice and Italian blood orange juice.A light malt base allows the citrus juices to shine through. The mandarin flavours are prominent throughout, with the bold fruitiness underpinned by a delicate sharpness from the blood orange.The result is a beer that is refreshingly sour and finishes clean and crisp.
